WARRANTY

The warranty applies only to manufacturer's defects and does not cover wear and tear or damage due to mishandling, misuse, accidents or neglect by the user or by any other event. During the warranty period parts will be repaired or replaced at Lammas Group's discretion after revision of claim case.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs to 'Lammas Group', product must be in original packaging and be accompanied with pre-approved documentation (i.e. Claims Form). However, if warranty period has expired or claims do not meet the warranty policy, buyer is responsible for ALL the return postage of the damaged / broken parts.

TRANSIT WARRANTY

Upon receiving your item please thoroughly check packaging and contents for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Please notify us immediately as we only have 24hours to report any damage to our courier company. After this 24 hour period Lammas Group Pty.Ltd. is no longer responsible for damage caused during transit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bicycling, skating and skateboarding in conjunction with this ramp system can be dangerous.  Always wear safety protective gear.  This includes knee and elbow pads, wrist guards and a safety helmet (should be Australian Standard Approved).  Adult supervision is recommended when fitting safety equipment.

Always make sure the system is used on a flat level surface free of any obstacles such as stones, gravel or any other debris.  Keep away from railings, step gradient, swimming pools or walls.
